This Data Deletion Notice explains how R21 Media Group, LLC (R21 Digital) handles deletion requests for accounts connected to our products and integrations (e.g., Facebook/Instagram (Meta), Google/Blogger/YouTube/Analytics, TikTok, X/Twitter). ​

Who this applies to
Anyone who connected a third-party account to R21 Digital or created/scheduled content using our tools.

How to request deletion

Email info@r21digital.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email/username used with our services.

Or remove our app in the platform you connected (e.g., Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove and choose Request data deletion). If Meta sent you here, that link triggers our deletion flow automatically.

What we delete

Account linkage data (app-scoped IDs, page/account IDs)

Access/refresh tokens

Content created through our tools (captions, schedules, media references, publish logs)

Analytics/metrics tied to your account

What we may retain temporarily

Records needed for security, fraud prevention, audits, or legal compliance

Aggregated/de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you

Backups that purge on a rolling schedule (up to 90 days)

Timing & confirmation
​We start immediately and complete within 30 days. We’ll email you a confirmation. Keep any Meta confirmation code for your records.

Identity verification
We may ask you to verify ownership (e.g., reply from the connected email or re-authenticate) before deleting data.
